Leroy is a veteran of the unlocking trade, when he started unlocking phones over ten years ago he was the only person in Norwich providing an unlocking service and word quickly spread, as did custom allowing him to open his own shop.
Since then Leroy has remained a key player in mobile phone unlocking, often unlocking many handsets that other traders simply can not do because of the complicated nature of the unlock.
Because of the time and money Mercury Communications invest in unlocking, there is no local dealer, shop or market trader that can unlock the variety of handsets that Mercury Communications can offer you.
Every unlock offered has been thoroughly tested on our own handsets. We will not offer an unlock unless we can be sure that there is no risk to your phone.
How long does it take? Not long! We have 6 computers that we use for unlocking. Every phone has its own solution, some take minutes and some can take a couple of days. On average though most jobs are completed within 30 minutes to an hour.
Had it unlocked, want it configured? No problem, we can often set up your phone to access the internet and send photos as part of the unlock procedure. We charge no extra for this service but this will increase the unlocking time slightly.
In addition the unlocking we can also offer to debrand your phone, hence removing any operator firmware, wap/mms settings that may be embedded in the phone. Your phone will be flashed with the latest sim free firmware.
